Is there a minimum number of vending locations required in order to place an order?

No.  You may order as many or as few as you need.

We understand that there are many new vendors coming on-board that only have one or two machines, and someone must handle their needs as well. We are here to fulfill that need.

Do you have any vending locations that I can visit right now?

No.  Vending locations are only secured once a vending achine operator places his/her vending location order.

Do you secure the vending locations in-person locating or by telemarketing?

How much money will I earn from each vending location that you secure for my vending machines?

I own large vending machines such as Soda machines, Snack machines,Food machines, etc.  What percentage should I pay the location?

You may or may not have to pay any percentage depending on the location.  Some may request a percentage and some may not.  The standard percentage rate is 10% to 15%.  Some vending machine operators pay more.

If you choose not to pay any percentage, please make that clear when you place your order.  Keep in mind that at times you may lose a good account from opting not to give them a percentage. 

For example, a business may say they would need to get something out of it to help with the cost of their electrical bill from your vending equipment.

What are your vending locator guarantees?

Why do you offer only a 60-day satisfaction guarantee instead of 90- or more?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee because we are confident in the earning capacity and profitability of our secured vending locations. 

After 30 days in the selected vending location, your vending machines are generally expected to be checked and serviced.  Then you will be able to identify which products are moving, and have the chance to change out those products which are not.  In 50 to 60 days you would have a clear idea of your products’ stability.

Just remember to take good care of each account and you should be able to keep 95% of them on location.  Higher turnarounds are not even covered in the agreement.

What if I just keep turning down the vending locations you provide me?

Please remember that securing a vending location requires patience and hard work.  Our locators take pride in doing the best they can to provide you with great service to help build your business.  Help them help you by providing specific information on your requirements.  It also helps to visit the specified location and speaking with the assigned contact person.  This way, we can avoid any disagreements and build our businesses together harmoniously.

Do you have access to the businesses in my area?

Yes, we do.  We have a database of businesses operating nationwide in all areas of the United States.  We can pull leads by the employee size, cities, zip codes, etc.

Can I provide you a list of businesses in my area that I would like for you to contact?

Sure.  We would be more than happy to work from your wish list.  Just remember to provide us with the name of the companies and their contact telephone numbers.  Keep in mind that it takes a good number of calls to get a single YES, so do make sure that you give us plenty.

What methods of payment do you accept for my vending locations?

We accept payment by bank wire transfer, money order and cashier’s check.

I’m new to the vending business, could you guide me on what to say when I go out to place my vending machines at the vending locations you provided me?

Absolutely!  We will give you a quick training on how to go about getting your vending machines placed.

Do you offer a replacement vending location if the location is not performing so well?

Yes, we do.  We will get you a replacement location for half-price for 30 days only at any one time per location.

Do you provide the vending machine operators any location that gives you permission to place a vending machine within their business?

No.  We have a screening process that we go through in order to accept the vending location for our vendors’ vending machines.  We do our best in evaluating a location because we do not want to have to go back and secure another vending location.  We do our best to get it right the first time.

Can you still secure vending locations in areas that are really tough to secure vending locations in?

Yes. We do not give up easily, and we will not give up until the job is done.

I’ve heard so many bad things about vending locator services.  How do I know I will not get scammed by your locator service?

Vending Locators Network is not in the business of scamming people.  We provide a very honest, trustworthy and professional locating service nationwide, and have been doing so for over 20 years now.  We offer a zero- down deposit, and payment is done only when the job is completed.
