Terms of Agreement

1. Vending Locators Network shall serve as a call center to handle outbound telemarketing calls for the undersigned, and shall manage, direct, hire and train all personnel assigned to the above vending operator project.  Vending Locators Network shall also have sole responsibility for all salaries, wages and benefits of said personnel.
2. The Terms of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and/or upon full payment of the amount stated herein, and shall continue for the duration of the telemarketing campaign declared herein by the undersigned.
3. Our Commitment

   During the term of this Agreement, Vending Locators Network shall:

   1. assign a telemarketer to provide telemarketing services for a total of 8 hours per day. The assigned telemarketer shall be supervised and monitored to assure that he/she is committed to rendering the required 8 hours of outbound telemarketing services.
   2. ensure that the assigned telemarketer will contact as many businesses as possible within the 8-hour period.  The total number of calls shall range between 90 to 250 calls, but shall depend on the type of vending locations being secured for the undersigned.
   3. render to the undersigned a daily oral report of all gross calling results performed by the assigned telemarketer from the previous day and/or evening.
   4. handle all follow-up telemarketing calls on the day following the last 8-hour telemarketing period, at no additional charge.  Vending Locators Network shall then provide the undersigned the following day with a list of any locations requesting callbacks at a later date
4. Disclaimers

   1. Vending Locators Network makes no promises or guarantees on the outcome of the Telemarketing campaign entered into herein by the undersigned, in regard to the number of locations secured, if any, as such will depend on the demand for the vending service being offered within the area targeted by the campaign.
   2. Vending Locators Network does not guarantee, imply, or predict that the undersigned will get rich, do as well as others, or obtain any number of vending locations thru this Rent-a-Telemarketer program.
   3. Vending Locators Network shall not be deemed responsible for the success or failure of the undersigned in regard to any business decisions or undertakings relating to or arising from the use of the Rent-a-Telemarketer program.
   4. Vending Locators Network is not responsible and has made no representations, oral or written, between the undersigned and the Website Owner on the outcome of the Rent-a-Telemarketer campaign service.
5. Your Obligation

   1. The undersigned shall hereby agree that any business or method of income generation involves substantial risk, and is not suitable for everyone. As such, it is his/her sole responsibility to exercise free will and caution in entering any business venture or agreement such as this.
   2. The undersigned shall exercise due diligence in regard to any and all business decisions relating to this agreement.
   3. The undersigned hereby accepts the risk that no locations may be produced or secured, or that financial losses may be incurred, as monetary success and return of income are based on many factors independent of Vending Locators Network.
6. Vending Locators Network warrants that it shall conduct its business in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws.
7. The parties hereby agree that this Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties.  There are no representations, covenants, warranties, guarantees or undertakings other than those expressly set forth in this agreement.
